A quick guide to joining your household and using Majordomy on your phone.
Open Majordomy, choose First-time setup, enter your name and email, create a password, and enter the 8-character invitation code your household owner sent — by email if they used Send invitation, or by sharing the code. Then tap Create account.
On iPhone: open Majordomy in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Open Majordomy from the new icon afterward.
On Android: open Majordomy in Chrome, open the browser menu, then choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
After signing in, open Settings → Device notifications and enable notifications for this phone. Allow notifications when your phone asks. This lets Majordomy alert you about tasks, reminders and important changes.
Sign in to enable notifications on this device.Go to Settings → Your account & language → Your language. Choose English, Español, Français or עברית. Majordomy will remember your choice and translate task content when a translation is available.
Walk through the main Majordomy controls in the language selected in your app.

Today shows what needs your attention now.
Tasks shows work assigned to you. Open a task for its instructions, deadline and updates, and mark it complete when finished.
Shopping shows items that need to be bought. Update an item when it has been purchased or if there is a problem.
Routines are recurring checklists for regular household work. Complete each item as you go; the checklist resets for its next occurrence.
On the Today screen, swipe horizontally across the task area to move to the previous or next day. In Hebrew, the direction follows the right-to-left layout.
